Ingredients

    1 cup of chopped Kale
    1 cup of mango
    1 banana sliced
    A squeeze of lemon


    Optional: mint for garnish

Tips

Add 2 or 3 ice cubes if you would like, helps thin out the consistency a bit


Directions

Add the kale, banana, mango, flax seed, and lemon juice to the blender. Blend until smooth. ENJOY
