Introduction
This is an old family recipie. It's more calories then I would really like, but it's a good way to get rid of sour milk and good for haveing geusts. This is an old family recipie. Ingredients

2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbls sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1 egg (beaten)
2/3 cup sour milk
Tips
If you don't have sour mlik just fill a cup 1/8 full with vinegar and the rest of the way with milk
Directions
Mix dry ingredients and cut in butter, eggs, and milk. Pour over dry ingredients. Mix quickly and lightly to form a soft ball of dough. Turn onto a floured board -- Knead gently till not sticky around the edges. Pat into circle 1/2" thick and place on ungreased sheet. Cut into 8 wedges and bake 15 minutes at 450.
