Turkey Stroganoff

Ingredients

    1/2 pound Ground Turkey
    1 can Low Sodium Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 cup Low Fat Sour Cream
    1/2 cup skim Milk
    1/2 cup Rice Pasta
    1 tsp Garlic
    1/4 tsp thyme
    1/4 tsp black pepper (or less)
    1/4 tsp coriander
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    1/8 tsp cumin

Tips

Using the low sodium canned mushroom soup saves almost 400mg of sodium per serving.


Directions

Season turkey with worcestershire and garlic. Brown and cook thoroughly.

Boil noodles in a seperate pot.

Add soup, sour cream, and milk into saucepan with turkey. Stir in rest of spices and cook over medium heat until heated through.

Serve over noodles.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings
