Steak Topping veggie and shrimp mix

Introduction

Delicious topped on some ribeye and melted garlic butter (not in nutrition) Delicious topped on some ribeye and melted garlic butter (not in nutrition)
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices

    Zucchini, baby, 1 medium

    Shrimp, cooked, 6 oz

    Blue Bonnet Butter, 3 tbsp

    Garlic powder, 3 tsp

    Mrs Dash - Original Flavor, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Slice the ends off of the zucchini and then slice in half and the halfs in half before slicing into stick shapes.

Add butter and mushrooms to pan. Saute the mushrooms till cooked through.

Add zucchini, shrimp, and seasonings to the pan with the mushrooms. Cook till zucchini is done but still crisp.

Serving Size: Makes 3 equal servings
