63-Calorie Fruity Chocolate Tarts

Introduction

This no-cook treat is a quick way to satisfy a craving for chocolate and cheesecake. This no-cook treat is a quick way to satisfy a craving for chocolate and cheesecake.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

10 raspberries or 4 strawberries, halved
1/4 cup reduced-fat cream cheese, softened (about 2 ounces)
    1 tablespoon powdered sugar
    6 chocolate wafer cookies

Tips

We used Nabisco chocolate wafer cookies. You want a very thin cookie, but you could also try a chocolate graham cracker (1 sheet=4 tarts).

Directions

In a small bowl, mash four of the berries using the back of a fork. Add the cream cheese and sugar, and mix until smooth.

Spoon one teaspoon of the fruit and cream cheese onto each cookie, then top with one raspberry.

Serving Size: Makes 6 tarts, one tart per serving
