Ingredients

    1 10 pond boneless Boston Butt Pork Roast
    Salt
    Pepper
    Honey
    Garlic Powder
    Cinnamon Red Hots
    Apples 2 cups sliced

Tips

Covering the roasting pan with aluminum foil (or lid if you have one) will ensure that your roast will be moist, tender and delicious.
Don't forget to add the nutrition info for the cinnamon Red Hots.


Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Put all seasonings in a bowl. Rinse pork roast and place in Baking dish fat side up.
Pierce holes all over the roast Liberally rub spices all over the roast.
Next, fill the holes in the roast with Red Hots and cover the top of the roast with apple slices.
Put the roast into your preheated oven and allow to sear for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue cooking it for about 3 to 4 hours.
