My husband's mother is a wonderful gourmet cook. She and my husband created this recipe when he was young. He's tells me it was mostly Mom, but it was a great memory for him to keep. Ingredients

Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless, 2 breasts
Soy sauce, low sodium, 2 tbsp
Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
Ginger Root - Fresh/Raw 1 Tsp
Garlic, 1 clove
Parsley, 1/8 cup
Tips
Directions
Combine Soy sauce, lemon juice & garlic in a small bowl. Put chicken in a large flat pan so that pieces don't touch. Pour mixture over chicken. Sprinkle on parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hrs. Baste with juices 3 - 4 times.
Good with rice pilaf or steamed white rice.
