Felicia's 1st Shepards Pie

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/2 pounds of Extra Lean Ground Beef
    1/2 onion chopped
    1 cup of peas
    1 cup of corn
    1 gravy packet
    6 medium potatoes
    1 tbsp margarine
    1/2 cup mushrooms chopped

Directions

cook ground beef, onions and mushrooms in a frying pan

boil and mash 6 potatoes with margarine (add milk if desired)

Layer ground beef on bottom of baking dish dish (I use 2 cook and carry containers 7x4inched each) Add mixed peas and corn on top of meat.

Layer potatoes on top (right to the edges to prevent splatter)

bake in oven for 30minutes give or take at 275' (broil at the end for a crispy top)
