Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
    2 tbsp chopped onion
    3/4 c oats
    5 oz evaporated milk (fat free)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper

    Topping:

    1 C Catchup
    3 tbsp vinegar
    2 tbsp Worcester sauce
    1/2 c water
    3 tbsp chopped onion




Tips

Spray your measuring cup w/ pam and the catchup slides right out as well as your loaf pan - makes for easy clean up


Directions

1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
2 tbsp chopped onion
3/4 c oats
5 oz evaporated milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

mix all of the above, shape into a loaf and put in loaf pan

1 C Catchup
3 tbsp vineger
2 tbsp Worcester sauce
1/2 c water
3 tbsp chopped onion

Mix the above and pour on top of the meatloaf.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr


Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
