Chicken Rice

Ingredients

    2 Cups brown rice
    2 cup frozen vegg
    5 cups chicken broth
    1 pound chicken breast
    Salt peper garlic to taste
    1 tsp poulrty seasoning

Directions

In large nonstick pan cook chicken till tender (seasoned as you like it), remove chicken from the pan and keep covered so it stays warm. Add mixed vegetables and brothto same pan. Bring to a boil and boil about 5 minutes. Add rice and poultry seasoning and cook till rice is tender. You can also cook vegetables seperately if you want. Just be sure to drain well before adding it to the rice when rice is done. When rice is nearly done, shred chicken and add to pot. Mix all of it together well and serve. By using the same pan for the chicken and rice you get the flavoring from cooking the chicken in your rice.
