Crock Pot Salsa Chicken

    2 whole chicken breasts - bone and skin removed
    1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 cup salsa
    1.5 cup frozen corn kernels
    1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
    Taco Seasoning (not included in calculations as I make a salt free version)


Serve over rice or over salad with taco chips


Place chicken in slow cooker and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
Dump in corn
Mix soup and salsa and pour over top.
Cook on low 6-8 hours
Shred chicken and mix in sour cream.
