Introduction

Serve on a bed of lettuce, topped with a little shredded cheese, salsa & crushed tortilla chips (I like to use doritos). Serve on a bed of lettuce, topped with a little shredded cheese, salsa & crushed tortilla chips (I like to use doritos).
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1# ground beef
    1 pkt taco sesoning, low sodium
    1 cup miracle whip light
    1 can kidney beans

Directions

Brown ground beef & drain off grease. Mix together miracle whip & taco seasoning, then fold into meat. Drain juice from beans, rinse if you prefer, then add to meat mixture. Use this to top lettuce to make a salad. Top with any ingredients you prefer!

Serving Size: makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings
