Ingredients

1 to 2 Cups coconut water
1 Cup blueberries (I used frozen, but fresh is great in season)
1/2 Cup strawberries (again, either fresh or frozen
1 large Kale leaf chopped with large stem removed
1 -2 two small (or 1/2 medium beet)
Tips
Directions
Cut all ingredients and then put through juicer. I poured the coconut water into the juicer with the veggies and fruit and they juiced. ENJOY. I also make coconut water ice cubes that were a great additional nd only added 1 cup of water to the juicing.
Serving Size: 1 serving (either 8 or 16 ounces depending on amount of coconut water added.
