Oven Fried Seasoned Fish Fillet

Ingredients

    Whiting (fish), 8 fillet, frozen
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
    Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp, chopped
    HEB Seasoned Croutons, 2 cups, crushed
    salt and pepper

Directions

1. Heat oven to 450. Spray foil lined baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Place croutons in a food processor for 15sec or until coarse crumbs. Set aside
2. Place fillets on baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Evenly brush the tops with sour cream. Press the crouton crumbs over each fillet. Sprinkle coated flounder fillets with chopped cilantro and bake for 15 min.
