Tips
Use Greek Spiced chicken (cool or room temp) over a tossed salad. Also good in a spinach-strawberry salad. Or serve hot with a cooked vegetable - stir fried asparagus for example.
Directions
Saute the sliced chicken breast in a little water or broth and lemon juice. Sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Saute until no longer pink and/or until the liquid has evaporated.
