Ingredients

    2 corn tortillas
    1/2 c. MorningStar Farms veggie crumbles
    1 oz. Co-Jack cheese
    1/4 c. iceberg lettuce, chopped
    1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
    1/2 roma tomato, chopped
    1 Serrano pepper

Tips

Serve with Serrano pepper on the side for spice!


Directions

Cook the veggie crumbles. Add Mexican or taco seasoning if desired. Warm corn tortillas in a pan until crispy. Makes tacos, enjoy!
