Ingredients

    1 medium apple, cored, peeled, sliced
    coconut oil
    cinnamon

Tips

*If your plan allows coconut oil, you don't have to count the coconut oil calories, because it is a medium chain oil, and turns into energy. I like to keep the coconut oil to a minimum though.


Directions

Saute apple slices in a little coconut oil in a non-stick pan until the apple starts to brown or carmelize. Sprinkle with cinnamon
