Lisa's Broccoli Salad

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 cups chopped, fresh broccoli
    2 cups chopped, fresh celery
    1 cup chopped, fresh cauliflower
    1/3 cup dried cranberries
    2 TBLSP Mayonaise
    2 TBLSP White vinegar - balsamic
    1 to 2 TBLSP Honey

    May add sunflower seeds or other salty nut if you choose.

Directions

Whisk Mayo, honey and vinegar in storage container for the salad. Whisk until smooth and well blended. Add veggies and cranberries and optional seeds or nuts. Place the lid on the container and shake well until all the broccoli florets are coated.

Serving Size: Makes 8 3/4 cup servings
