Ingredients

    1 can (14 oz) fat-free chicken broth
    1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
    1 cup orange juice
    1 tbsp plus 2 tsp light sour cream
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper

Directions

Heat broth in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Blend in pumpkin using a whisk. Add orange juice and stir 3 minutes. Add sour cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Garnish with 1 tsp light sour cream.
