Salmon Fillets

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 lb. salmon fillets
    1/3 c non-fat yogurt
    2 t prepared mustard
    2 t onions
    2 t dried dill weed
    3 T light mayo
    2 T parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

1. 450 degrees
2. Place fillet in greased baking dish.
3. Combine yogurt, mustard, onion, dill and mayo
4. season with salt and pepper
5. spread mixture over fish
6. Bake 10-12 m per inch of thickness
7. Broil 1 minute.

Serving Size: 3 or 4 servings
