Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups Carrots Sliced
    `1/2 lb (254 grams) Lean Ground Beef
    8 Cloves of Garlic Chrushed
    1 1/2 -2 tsp pepper (Use whatever amt you like)
    1 tbsp Oregano (dried)
    1 156 ml Can Tomato Paste
    4 Large Button White Mushrooms
    1/2 cup Oat Bran (Optional)
    2 large Free Run Eggs

    Optional Glase
    1 tbsp Kansas City Style Barbeque Sauce
    1 tbsp Heinz Ketchup

Tips

Can remove the Oat Bran and substitute with the same amount of coconut flour as we often do.

Directions

Slice carrots and put in pot and add enough water to cover. Cook until tender. Mashed Cool

Combine all ingredients in a bowl then place in a loaf pan.

Bake for 60 min at 300 degrees F in convection oven.

Mix the barbeque sauce and ketchup together and spread on top of meatloaf. Brown under broiler.
