*Squash, winter, acorn, raw, 2.5 squash (4 inch dia) (remove)
Brown Sugar, 6 tsp unpacked (remove)
Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp (remove)
Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)
Cider Vinegar, .25 cup (remove)
*Spiced Apple Cider, 4 oz (remove)
Raisins, 50 raisins (remove)

Directions
Cut squash in half, remove seeds, bake cut side down in pan in 1" of water for an hour at 325 degrees. Cool squash and scoop out centers discarding skin.
Meanwhile, on stove, boil sugar and vinegar until combined - add cider, maple syrup, rosemary, salt and pumpkin pie spice. When boiled down, melt in butter and add raisins to soak. Mash into cooked squash.
