Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup mixed beans (from a can or cooked)
    1 raw onion chopped
    3 cloves garlic chopped
    1 cup tomatoes chopped
    1/4 cup labneh

Tips

If you can't find Middle Eastern Labneh, you can substitute low fat plain yogurt.


Directions

1, Chop the onion, tomatoes and garlic.
2. Add cooked beans.
3. Grind the ingredients together until smooth.
4. Stir in the creamy Labneh.
Serve with vegetables and enjoy!
