Cornbread - ann

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 c cornmeal
    1/2 cup flour
    1 Tbl sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1.5 tsp baking powder

    1/4 cup egg beaters
    1/2 cup Skim milk + 1/8 cup skim milk
    1 Tbl Canola oil

Directions

Bake at 425 for 21 min or till knife comes out clean.

put 8 inch square dish in oven to heat.

Mix dry ingredients together in bowl.

Mix egg and milk together in measuring cup.
Pour milk mixture into dry mix and stir just to mix. Add oil and stir just to blend.
Remove dish from over and spray with non-fat spray. Pour cornbread mix into hot dish and return to oven. bake for 21 min or until knife comes out clean.
Cut into 6 pieces.
