Ingredients


    *fresh cauliflower, 2 cup
    Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 tbsp
    Whole Milk / Vitamin D, .5 cup
    Carrots, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Green Beans (snap), .5 cup
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    Buffalo Meat, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp

Directions

melt butter, brown garlic and onion add meat. brown meat. add veggies. cook till veggies done. put in 9 inch baking pan. top with cauliflower mash. cauliflower mash is made with 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream and .5 cup whole organic milk. (can be mashed by hand or in blender) then can be baked for 30 min in oven.
