japanees style chicken and rice

Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts no skin or bones
    two cups prepared minute rice
    1/4 cup soy sauce

Tips

I would recommend using a lower sodium soy sauce just because of it being somewhat healthier.


Directions

cut chicken into small pieces like nuggets
marinate in 1/2 of the soy sauce for at least twenty minutes
cook chicken until done
then in the same pan cook rice with remainder of soy sauce.
