Ingredients

    5 large egg whites
    1 cup spinach
    1/4 cup finely shredded low moisture part skim mozzarella
    2 oz lean ground beef cooked

Directions

sprinkle bottom of a small pie pan with ground beef, spinach, and cheese. Pour egg whites over and bake in 400 degree oven.
