1 box dreamfields elbow macaroni 1/4 c. butter 1 c. 2% milk 8 oz. velveeta 1/4 c. flour 1/2 c. Kraft shredded cheddar 5 Ritz whole wheat crackers
cook pasta 8 min and drain, melt butter and add flour whisking for 2 min, gradually add milk, bring to a boil until thickened. Add velveeta and cook until mellted then add elbow macaroni. Put into greased or sprayed 9x9 pan. top with cheddar cheese and cracker crumbs and bake for 30 min in 350 degree oven.
