1 pound cooked Jennie-O breakfast sausage
1 pkg. Philadelphia Low Fat Cream Cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 fresh jalapeno peppers, sliced length wise
Soften cream cheese, mix with cheddar cheese.
Stir in sausage.
Cut peppers, clean out seeds, wash & dry peppers.
Fill peppers with mixture & bake @ 350* for 30 minutes
