Ingredients

    7.5 cups of enriched egg noodles (1 bag)
    1 can of cream of mushroom soup
    1.5 cups of sour cream
    6 oz of tuna
    1 cup frozen peas and carrots

    Bread crumbs:
    3 slices of toasted then shredded white bread
    1/4 cup of butter
    6 Tbsp parmesan cheese


Directions

Boil Noodles. Then blend sour cream and cream of mushroom and tuna. Using a casserole dish, Then sour cream, cream of mushroom and tuna as well as peas and carrots to noodles. Mix evenly. Top with toasted white bread crumbs that have been mixed with melted butter and parmesan cheese.

Bake for 25-30 mins at 350 degrees.

Cut into 12 servings.
