1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup 1% Milk
1/4 Cup Canola Oil
2 Large Eggs
2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
Water (if needed)
1. Thoroughly mix dry ingredients. Incorporate wet ingredients without over mixing.
2. Add water to your desired consistency. I prefer my batter thin because when I flip the iron it makes for an airy waffle.
3. Spray Iron with cooking spray.
4. Add batter evenly to iron. Close and flip (if yours does)
Serve immediately with desired toppings
