Ingredients

    200g cauliflower
    1 garlic clove (minced)
    1 tbs of coconut oil
    1 small carrot

Tips

nutritional info does not include the carrot as sometimes i don't use it.


Directions

Grate cauliflower & carrot using cheese grater. Heat the pan until coconut oil is melted, add cauliflower, carrot and garlic, cover tightly and cookon low heat for about 10 min mixing every few min. Season and serve :)
