Super Green Smoothie

Ingredients

    1 chopped kale leaves (stems and tough rib removed), preferably Lacinato (also known as dinosaur)
    1 c frozen cubed mango
    2 med ribs celery, chopped
    1 c chilled fresh tangerine or orange juice
    c chopped flat-leaf parsley
    c chopped fresh mint

Tips

I love mint, but found the quarter cup to be too much, so I cut back to 2 sprigs, and that was just right.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into 2 chilled glasses.
