Nanis Oriental Salad

Ingredients

1 Lb Coleslaw mix (Cabbage, Carrots, Etc.)
1 Cup Sunflower seeds
1 Cup Slivered toasted almonds
2 packages beef flavored Ramen Noodle Soup
Green oion to taste
1 Cup Canola Oil
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Distilled Vinegar
Tips
Directions
Mix night before to marinate the following in fridge:
1 cup Oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
2 packets from Ramen beef noodle soup
When ready to assemble
Chop Onions, break noodles, mix with raw slaw mix.
Toss w/dressing and refrigerate 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 hours before serving stir occasionally.
Add seeds and nuts 1/2 hour before serving
Serving Size: makes 10 - 1 Cup servings
