Ingredients

1 cup brown rice
3 black or green tea bags
1 tsp salt
2 cups water
Tips
Love this way of sprucing up plain rice.
Directions
Rinse rice in strainer and place in medium saucepan.
Add 3 tea bags of your choice, lemon peel, salt and water.
Bring to a boil and lower heat.
Cook for 25-30 minutes adding more water if necessary.
Fluff with a fork before serving.
