Ingredients

    1.5 lbs lean ground beef
    1.5 cups spanish onion
    1 medium (1 cup) green pepper chopped
    2 14.5 oz cans brooks just for chili diced tomatoes
    2 15.5 oz cans brooks mild chil beans in chili sauce
    2 10.75 oz cans campbells healthy request tomato soup
    1.5 tsp salt
    3-4 tbs chili powder
    1/4 tsp fresh gound pepper
    1 tsp cumin
    pinch of red pepper flakes
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    add water to desired texture


Directions

brown meat w/onions and green pepper. Drain any excess fat. Add remaining ingredients and let simmer 2 hours or longer
