Ingredients

    3 cups chopped cauliflower
    1 Tbs of olive oil
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup hormel real bacon bits
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips


Directions

IN a skillet, saute cauliflower and olive oil for about 10 min until cauliflower is tender. Push to the side. Add eggs and scramble until they are about done. Toss with cauliflower and add bacon and cheese. When cheese is melted, add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
