Ingredients
-
What you will need:
2 cans of Campbell's Cream of Potato
*1 cup of Dehydrated Potato flakes
*1 tbsp of salt
*1 tbsp of black pepper
*ingredients can be increased or decreased depending on desired consistency and taste
Tips
Be careful when heating in the crock pot. Once the soup has heated, you will probably want to set it on the low or warm setting to keep it from over cooking. Also, The serving size may seem small, but this soup is extremely filling!
Directions
You can make this dish in a crock pot or on the stove. (I recommend the crock pot for easy storage of left overs later) To begin, open your two cans of Campbell's Cream of Potato and put them in your crock pot (or sauce pan). Follow the instructions on the label. Set your crock pot on high heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly while stirring occasionally. If you are making this on the stove, set your stove to medium high and stir occasionally for about 20-30 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Once your cream of potato is at the desired heat, put in your salt, pepper, and potato flakes to desired thickness and taste. Serve and enjoy!
