Introduction

This is also a Weight watcher friendly recipe that we altered for different recipes we have come across. It's 6 points for a serving. This is also a Weight watcher friendly recipe that we altered for different recipes we have come across. It's 6 points for a serving.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 lbs lean ground beef or turkey

    1 egg

    1/2 cup bread crumbs

    Garlic ( to taste)

    Onion (however much you want)

    Mushrooms (h.m.y.w)

    Salt and Pepper ( to taste)

    1 can diced tomatoes

Directions

*Mix all ingredients together and put in a meat loaf pan.
*Insert some holes on top and put the can of diced tomatoes on top of loaf.
*Cook @ 350 for an hour or until it reaches 160 degrees
