Lamb Patties

Ingredients

500 grams ground lamb
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash cumin
Tips
If you prefer, you can combine onion, garlic and mint in a food processor to chop and then add to the lamb mixture.
Directions
Place ground lamb in a large bowl. Grate onion and garlic into the bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix all together. Form 6 patties out of lamb mixture and place them under the grill for about 10 minutes per side.
