Introduction

This was something quick I whipped together when I was in a hurry. This was something quick I whipped together when I was in a hurry.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 package of imitation crab
    1 cup of cooked brown rice
    1/4 cup of caramelized onions (I used leftovers)
    1 cup of mushroom pieces
    1 tbsp of minced cilantro
    6 cloves of garlic, minced
    2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp of sake
    1 tbsp of soy sauce
    2 lemon wedges

Directions

melt the butter, add the garlic and mushrooms, add the crab,and then add everything else. Cook until everything is heated all the way through. Squeeze lemon over finished dish.

Serving Size: 2 servings (split what was in the pan in halve.
