Ingredients

    1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 chopped onion
    1 english cucumber, sliced
    1 teaspoon salt
    .25 teaspoon pepper
    1 cup white vinegar
    .2 cups olive oil
    1 tablespoon sugar


Directions

No cooking. mix together. store in fridge for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight)
