Black Bean Quinoa Burgers

Introduction

Ingredients

    227g Carrots (about 2 large carrots)
    312 Zucchini (about 2 zucchini)
    199 g Onion
    190 + 224 grams Mushrooms
    205 grams Celery
    2 c Black Beans
    2 c Quinoa
    1/4 Dijon Mustard
    1 c Egg Whites liquid
    1 c quick oats
    1c Bread Crumbs
    Garlic 6 cloves
    Marjoram fresh herb
    Oregano fresh herb
    salt

Directions

shred the carrots and zucchini in a food processor or grate them. Sautee onions, mushrooms and celery all together in a pan.

Process garlic, marjoram and oregano in food processor until diced and tiny pieces.

Combine all ingredients together in a giant bowl and stir together.

Cook in a frying pan in the shape of patties over medium heat. Made 33 for me. Depends on what size patties you make.

(note... my recipe was very runny until I added the oats and bread crumbs. Maybe use real egg whites instead of the liquid egg whites?) I just mixed until it worked for me. First 3 patties didn't stick together, ha! So I had to add in the bread crumbs and oats. Probably only needed bread crumbs...
