My primal meatloaf

Introduction

My MIL's meatloaf without the regular bread crumbs. My MIL's meatloaf without the regular bread crumbs.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Ground Pork, 16 oz
    Veal, ground, 16 oz
    365 organic extra large brown egg, 2
    Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour, 4 tbsp
    Pomi strained tomatoes, 2 cup
    Bacon, 6 medium slices, cooked (raw)

Tips

Can use the leftover tomato sauce if you like.


Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 350.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients aside from the bacon well, using ones hands is the easiest way.
Mold onto a cookie sheet, the thinner you make it the quicker it cooks!
Cover with the bacon strips.
Place in the oven and cook until done.

Serving Size: 6 very healthy servings, can be cut smaller!
