Seasoned Caramelzed Onions

Introduction

We put these caramelized onions steaks, pizza and sandwiches. They are so good. We put these caramelized onions steaks, pizza and sandwiches. They are so good.

Ingredients

    2 medium vidalia Onions
    1 tsp Jerk Jeasoning (I use McCormick)
    1 T Soy Sauce
    2 Pats of Butter

Tips

We also marinate steaks in the soy sauce & jerk seasoning mixture. It is so delish!

Directions

Slice onions thinly. Heat butter in skillet, add onions, cook for a few minutes. Add jerk seasoning and soy sauce. Continue cooking over medium heat until onions are caramelized. Serve over steaks, use as a pizza topping or whatever.
