Introduction

These onions are great served on steak, as a topping for pizza or sandwiches. These onions are great served on steak, as a topping for pizza or sandwiches.

Ingredients

    2 Medium Vidalia Onions
    1 tsp of Jerk Seasoning (I used McCormick)
    1 tbsp Soy Sauce
    2 Pats of Butter


Tips

Great served on steaks, pizza or sandwiches. Sometimes we also add fresh mushrooms too. We also marinate steaks in the jerk and soy mixture.


Directions

Cut onions into thin slices. Melt butter in skillet and add onions. Cook for a few minutes. Then add the jerk seasoning and soy sauce. Cook until caramelized. Serve over steaks, add as a pizza topping or on sandwiches.
