*Hannaford Egg Mates, 0.75 cup
Egg, fresh, 2 large
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Finlandia Deli's Best Light Swiss Cheese, 1.75 oz dived
Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 42 grams
*Potato, raw, .3 cup diced
*BPC - PAM, 1 serving
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Beat eggs with eggmates till frothy and set aside.
Spray a non=stick hot omelet pan with PAM and saute onions, ham and potatoes. Season with pepper. Cook to your liking about, then set aside on a plate
If the pan needs to be sprayed again give it one more quick shot of PAM.
Pour eggs in followed immed. with the sauttee vegies and the cheese.
Let cook for 6 minutes or til eggs are set and the omlett can be flipped onto itself.
Cook some more. Slice the larger omelett in 1/2 and cook till your liking.
