Use any salad greens you like, the more colorful, the better it is for you. I use romaine for the crunch and spring mix for the vitamins. I also added shredded carrots and cilantro, because that's what I had on hand.
lean lunch meat, like turkey breast and/or chicken 4 oz.
1/2 pear or apple, for a little sweetness
blue cheese dressing. This recipe uses regular, because that's what I had, but you could you light or any flavor.
