Chicken Veggie soup - Great

Introduction

This is so good and low in calories. Great for those days you need something warm and filling, but low in calories. Easy to make! This is so good and low in calories. Great for those days you need something warm and filling, but low in calories. Easy to make!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Two wings from deli roasted chicken
    Two drumsticks from deli roassted chicken
    8 cups water
    32 oz frozen mixed veggies (corn, peas, carrots & green beans).
    2-3 chicken bullions
    salt
    Pepper
    onion powder
    garlic powder

Directions

In sauce pan with 8 cups water add wings and drumsticks with skin and bone. Boil on med hi for 20 minutes. Remove meat, set aside. Add bullion, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to taste. Add package of frozen veggies. Remove skin and bones from chicken. Dice the meat and add to soup. Cook until hot then serve.

Serving Size: makes 12 1-cup servings
