Depending on the burger used tacos are a healthy meal good for diabetics. The key is portion control. 2 tacos and not too much ground beef and watch the cheese. If you use taco seasoning use the low sodium type.

Cook beef and drain add seasoning. Steam tortillas 30 seconds in a bag in microwave. The key to a 1 ounce size serving of cheese is reach into the bag and grab with 2 fingers (thumb and index). I learned this at Taco Bell.
